1.The euqpment is used degreasing, spraying&washing and film formation process of aluminum coil sheet , so that the coating film can cling to formation film.

2.The aluminum coil sheet , via the sheet-feeding machine and strain proportion automatic control system can be carried on the degreasing,washing and formation process.

3.Generally speaking ,the formation process adopt the environmental without chrome. The conversion coating of surface of the Alumimum present natural color,gold-yellow ,green-blue film.The weight of film is about 20-100mg/m2. It main protect the firmness of  coat and formation film combine. Even if , the paint is broken or trachoma  , the coat will not hollow, oxide etch and drop-off.
