4. Plated color: brushed brass (other options: gold, bronze, nickel, chrome, antique plating etc..)

5. Packing: individual polybag (polybag can be printing, with head card, back card. Gift box is available.)

Five basic types of badge:

1. Cloisonné (Sometimes called epola or hard enamel) and Soft Cloisonné(also called imitation hard enamel )

     Feeature: the surface of the pin is ground down to a smooth finish.

   

2. Soft enamel 

   Feature: the areas of color rest below the metal strip surface, which can be felt when you run your finger over it.

   

3. Die struck: no color filling, only plating color

  

4. Photo etched:  chemically etched into the base metal;  thin coat of clear epoxy

   

5. Silkscreen and offset printing (4-color process)
