The Y axis is made by high rigidity aluminum alloy girder with finite element analysis and simulation analysis together which will make the strength, rigidity, speed accelerating or decelerating drive by servo and CNC system highly match.
The X axis is made with imported high accuracy and long moment of force reducer casing which will help improve the reliability of the machine and guarantee the accuracy will be good for long term. We use the gear wheel and gear rack with high accuracy of international famous brand. Working together with the great lubrication, the stable and reliable running of the machine is guaranteed.
The spandrel girder of Y axis made with the high rigidity and entire steel is able to avoid the disadvantage of difference between processing accuracy and installing accuracy due to part steel made spandrel girder. The geometry accuracy and optical path of flying optics are guaranteed to be stable for long term.
The machine go the optical path full compensation equipment designed by ourselves. With this equipment, the focusing point on the whole cutting area will keep the same diameter.
The machine got the optical path gas compensation function. It will help to avoid the gas flow affect the laser beam during beam transmitting. It will also make the optical path filled with plus gas pressure so that the dust or gas could not get in the optical path.
A good dust-removing system is the basis of guaranteeing the long term stabilized cutting. The structure of the dust-removing system is to remove the dust according to different area and time, so that it won’t affect the area of cutting and achieve the best purpose of a dust-removing system.
Use the parts from America II-VI company for the optical path. The chiller will cool the optical system alone in order to avoid the moisture and condensation on the mirror.
Use auto-centralized lubrication system to add the oil timely and quantitatively controlled by the software. So that aimlessly maintain the machine won’t happen, and the machine will keep being good for long term.
The cooling system is divided into two independent cooling units, one is to chill the laser resonator and the other one is to chill the outside optical path. The cooling system got the function of auto start when the temperature meets a certain degree. It also got LED screen to show the state and the faults of the system.

8. In the refrigerating unit there are two independent water supply systems: One is laser generator for refrigeration, and the other is independent reflector path for cooling, with the features of low-temperature start, LCD display of temperature controlling state, and fault diagnosis display.
