1, Main scope of application

 

    SXDK series numerically-controlled engraving machine is an improved new generation of multifunctional engraving machine integrating the function of engraving and milling. It's widely used in the industries of the manufacture of mould, mechanical parts, seal, advertising board, advertising characters, travel gifts.PCB panel etc. The machine can process such ferrous metals as steel, iron etc. And non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum as well as synthetic material such plastic, organizing glass, and natural material such as ox horn, ivory, natural marble etc.

 

2, Main Characteristics

 

    1. The axis X,Y,Z are all installed with the Rota ting linear guide rails, the running blocks are tightly fixed leaving no gap between any two. Master screw of each axis is one with ball screw in high accuracy, which is grind able and with low coefficient friction, high positioning accuracy and flexibility and working stability. The machine body is durable and the guide rail supporting surface is stable.

 

    2. The electric spindle adopts frequency changer for speed changing, which can make small tool with the features of super speed marching, high rotating accuracy, small vibrate and low noise.

 

    3. The drive system adopts original import ted AC servo system which makes it running steadily and with merits of excellent speed raising feature, low noise and high control accuracy.

 

    4. The software of the engraving g control system is easy to learn and operate, and easy to be understood, with windows interface integrating mark and manual with complete Chinese characters. Operating in all Chinese versions in order to bring customer' satisfaction to the maximum.

 

    5. The control software is equipped with various data jacks and is compatible to the G codes and PLT code format generates by various CAD/CAM software, such as UG, MASTERCAM, CASMATE, AutoCAD, CoreI Draw etc.

 

    6. The software supports the function of fast re-set.

 

    7. With complete accessories and can order to customers.
