Main features

DH-Y2

l         There is no need to beat flat the materials to process, so we can finish the fishtail decoration production directly by this machine.

l         Being made with heatproof alloyed steel, in production the roller has small metamorphosis and long-life.

l         The imported material clamp apparatus has the following advantages: being adjustable, rational localization, being not restricted by the nonstandard material size, good applicability.

l         On the back holdup plate of the machine, there is a rolling size index tag. We can select the rolling length localization size according to the product requirement and achieve the optimum result.

l         The roller has three parts: coarse veining, thin veining and smooth rolling, thus whether it is large material or small one, we can all get fine fishtail pattern.

l         6.The machine has large processing range and high efficiency, and can roll 300 pieces of 8x40mm flat iron parts per hour.

DH-Y3

l         This machine is improved from DH-Y2, so it possess all excellence and functions from DH-Y2

l         There are two difference between Y2 and Y3.

1)      Y3 adopted a more advantages motor and speed reducer which called cycloidal planetary gear speed reducer

2)      The second difference is Y3 equipped with a tool box below, you can find in the picture
