Upset forging parallel thread system 

 

1.Components:

 a.GD-150(upset foging machine)

 b.GZL-45(parallel threading machine)

 c.One set of oil pump

2.Working Principle:

First, we use GD-150 to forge the end of rebar.

Second, we use the GZL-45 to thread the end of rebar.

Third, we use the coupler to link the two threaded ends of rebar.
