I. Usually working Principle for 12-40mm machine:

This system including GD-150(upset foging machine) and GZL-45( parallel threading machine) and one set of oil pump.

First,  use GD-150 to forge the end of rebar.

 

Second, use the GZL-45 to thread the end of rebar.

 

Third, use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.           

        

 

Advantages:

2) It can be used to link the rebar whose diameter is from 12mm to 40mm.

II. New working principle of 40mm upset forging parallel thread machine:

 

 

First, we use GD-150 with the 40MM MOULD to only process 40MM rebar.

 

Second, we use the GZL-45 to threading the end of rebar.

 

Third, we use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.   

 

 

Advantages:

 

More strong to process the big size of 40mm rebar coupler.
