These machines have the performance stability, product quality and operation convenience at the level of its class overseas, with a high degree of automation and high efficiency of built-up welding. More than 30,000 rolls in different sizes are turned out and repaired by build-up welding annually. The technology of surface strengthening by built-up welding improves the product quality and prolongs the service life, and the scrap rate is zero as the process is matured and stable. Our built-up welding and welding repair technologies have been in the front rank in China and the products are distributed throughout hundreds of enterprises across a dozen industries including iron & steel industry, power industry, petrochemical industry and mining machinery industry at home and overseas and highly accepted by customers, enjoying a good business reputation.
