1.The application and working principle of the machine

This machine is a simple type of horizontal ring rolling machine for annular blanks, thermal expansion roller, mainly used for flange forging blank production.

Put heated annular blank into the supporting core roller, then operate the rolling wheel down and rolling workpiece, to make blank wall thinner and circumferential extension, so as to achieve the aim of ring rolling. Thrust roller in ring rolling process has stability and circle effect, and the signal roller sent a stop signal in rolling end whille reaches a predetermined size.

 2.D52 series of Radial ring rolling machine is contrlled by PLC, the end of ring is not rolleded. When rolling to adopt open roll or close roll. The dimension of ring is displayed on the digital-displaymeter.
