Limitation

Features

Actuating device could cut off the power automatically so that the motor stops when slag machine is over the work.Conveying chain could use four years via the special treatment.It is convenient to install and repair because of the spindle components’ structure.In order to improve the stress conditions, the rear’s slope is 45 centigrade. The screw is stainless steel to avoid the screw rusting.

Basic principle

This equipment is the rolling and chain scraper slag machine of cleaning up the ash of the boiler and its body is double rectangle, upper is water slot and the chain slot is under. The ash from the boiler drops into the water slot and then with the chain from the bottom to the level and up, after the dehydration efficiently, through the conveying machine, the ash and the slag are conveyed.
