Pulverizizg Procedure

the massive material are crashed into small pices by crusher into rated size, and then conveyed uprightly into raw material storage hopper by hoister, after that the material would be quantified evenly and continuously to send into mainframe by shock feeder. the ground powder would be brought out by the circulating air flow in the blower and delivered to the grader above the mainframe to separate. powder of qualified fineness enter into the big cyclone collector with air flow, then discharge from the powder exit after it was collector . the wind flow into blower through return duct above big cyclone collector, the whole wind path system are closed and circulating and most of wind flow under the condition of negative pressure.

the water contained in the raw mater would be evaporated into steam during milling process, and the air leaks into wind pipe under effect of negative pressure,all tge factors could result increasing of wind flow in the circulating wind trunk.excessive wind would be lead in the small cyclone collector via excess wind pipe between blower and mainframe. the certain amount of powder flow with wind are collected via dust collector and discharged through another powder exit while air is released into atmosphere via the exhaust pipe above cyclone collector pipe on the top of the collector.

Structural Characteristics

1.the pulverizer has the advantages of small space occupation, and the whole plant can complete the whole process independently form massive raw material to packing of finished goods with high completing set feature.

2.the finished products ground by pendulum pulverizer have the high sceening rate about 99%,this make it become the first one in all of pulverizer and no one can surpass it .

3.the material are fed by electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly ,it has the advantage : adjusting easily ,small space occupation ,light weight and lower oil and power consumption and convenient maintenance.

4.the electric device adopt the centrailzed control system,it can be ummanned operated in the mainframe room.

veyor adopt closed reducer to ensure stable conveying,credible running and non leakage of oil .

6.the scaper knife stand of mainframe are always under condition of touching material when it is running ,so the scraper knife stand composed of two parts for the upper 

 and down .and if the down part damage ,it can be replaced by removing the connecting bolts.
