Main Features:

l         Attached lead particle casting machine made in Sanhuan Corporation has high productivity, stable operation, reliable performance, and can compose a set of automatic lead particle manufacturing system when joining up with lead particle lifter and lead particle storage & feeding .device.

l         The quantity of lead particle to be fed into drum is controlled by PLC based on actual weight of lead particle in drum (main load) which is directly indicated on electronic scale.

l         Temperature control is depended on actual temperature measured at the exit of drum. When actual temperature exceeds target value, relative cooling system will activate automatically and spray atomized cooling water into machine so to keep temperature at exit within the preset range.

l         Real-time monitoring and adjustment to all process parameters thru touch operation panel (industrial man-machine interface) and PLC ensures the process parameters to be kept within the predetermined range as well as keeping the oxide mill a stable running state; all parameters under closed loop control are interrelated with each other, in the event of a system error, touch operation panel will give alarm immediately and indicate remedies.

l         It is equipped with vertical tube at oxide exist and reactive thrust screw to ensure easy operation when oxide with lower apparent density is required.
