Ball Mill, Mine Ball Mill
The mine ball mill structure:
The ball mill is composed by feeding department, the material department, rotary department, transmission department (reducer, small transmission gears, motor, electric control device) and other major parts. Hollow shaft with steel castings, lining systems, rotary big gear are all by roll teeth processed, the cylinder has wear-resisting lining, and good abrasion resistance. This machine is smoothly operated, reliable.
Working principle of mine ball mill :
In the mining machine field the most important equipment is the ball mill, the machine can be used in lime, gypsum, sand, slag, etc material grinding. Materials only after grinded to the required fineness and then fully mixed interaction, whick makes the products to some strength, grinding is an important program in the production, needs large power consumption in grinding process, ball mill is generally the largest capacity equipment in factory.
The ball mill host includes cylinder and liners made of wear-resisting material inside cylinder, the bearing to support the cylinder and sustain the rotating,also driving parts, such as motor, and transmission gears, pulley, v-belts, etc. About that leaves parts, generally are not the main component ,in the feeding part can be said inside spiral leaf, in the output part can be said spiral leaf. Also in the auxiliary equipments if using a spiral conveyor there is a part called spiral leaf, but strictly speaking, it ‘s not ball mill parts.
According to the material and discharging way, can choose dry type ball mill and wet grate ball mill. Energy saving ball mill, adopting the automatic self-aligning double row spherical roller bearing, running a small resistance, remarkable energy saving. The cylinder parts, in the original cylinder output part increasing a cone cylinder, which increased the mill of effective volume, and more reasonable distribution of medium in the cylinder. This product is widely used in a color metals, ferrous metal, and nonmetal mineral processing field and chemical industry, building materials industry for material grinding use.
3.The Structure of mine ball mill
The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.
