After been crushed by jaw crusher, the materials will be raised by the elevator and uniformly sent to grinding zone by magnetic feeder according to the main engine’s performance. Next the materials will be sent by shovel blade to the grinding belt which formed by grinding roller and grinding ring. Within the grinding device, there are equipped with a high pressure spring, which increased the grinding pressure between the grinding roller and grinding ring to 1.2 times and reduced the swing frequency of the grinding roller device , achieving the increased stability and significantly improved work efficiency of the grinding mill at the same time. Under the effect of circulating air, the powdered materials enter into analytical engine together with the rising airflow for classifying. The unqualified materials will be sent back to the main engine for regrinding; the qualified particles will enter into the whirlwind powder collector together with the airflow for separation and the powder will be discharged from the discharge hole and the airflow return to the blower. During the grinding process, moderate airflow circulate within the machine through plumbing devices and the excess air which formed by evaporation of water in materials will enter into return duct and discharged after been purified by bag filter or pulse filter. Compared with other products, these components have the features of strong, wear resistant and long service life.
