Application and Classification of Exway Ball Mill:
Ball Mill is the key equipment of beneficiation equipment for grinding after the crushing process. It is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, refractory material, new building material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics,etc. According to different materials and discharging methods, Ball Mill can be divided into two type: Dry Ball Mill and Wet Ball Mill. According to different expelling mine, it can also be divided into two types: Tabular Type and Flowing Type.
Working Principle of Exway Ball Mill:
Ball Mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part(decelerator, small driving gear, electric motor and electrical control).
Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. It grinds material by rotating a cylinder with steel grinding balls, causing the balls to fall back into the cylinder and onto the material to be ground. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber.The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished. After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the end products are completed.
