The spiral classifier:

It is widely applicable to ore dressing industry and building materials. During grinding process, ball grinding mill with spiral classifier forms a circuit. In this circuit, spiral classifier plays a role of separating qualification ore grain and disqualification ore grain.

The agitation tank:

It is necessary equipment of mining machine. Though this agitation tank it can mix the slurry and the medicine efficiently. It is suitable for slurry with density of no more than 30 %( by weight).And the size of the fixed component of the slurry particle less than 1 mm. It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flat bottom. Then the mixed slurry will flow into the flotation machine.

The flotation machine:

Flotation machine is widely used in copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, gold and other non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals, roughing, selective and potent anti-flotation operation.

Through V- belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. By adjusting the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.
