Superfine Powder Classifier
Operating PrincipleClassifier, together with cyclone separator, dedusting filter and radial fan, forms a dry powder classifying system. Under the lashing force of radial fan, feed materials are brought with uprising air stream into classifying chamber. Under strong centrifugal forces of high-speed rotating turbo wheels, coarse and fine materials are separated out. Fine materials in line with size requirements go through classifying wheels into cyclone separator or dedusting filter, while coarse materials together with some fine materials, lose speed after bumping against wall and fall to secondary draught. During strong washing of the secondary drought, coarse and fine materials are separated once again. Fine materials go up to classifying cavity to be classified continuously, while coarse powders fall down to discharging outlet and come out.
FeaturesSuitable for accurate classification of dry fine products in spherical, needle-like or flaky shapes and different densities.Particle size: D97: 3micron-150micron, adjustable and changable.Classifying rate: 60%-85%. The better the fluidity is, the higher the classifying rate or efficiency is.Horizontal classifying turbo-wheel, high rotating speed, accurate top cutting. To connect with ball mill, vibration mill and roller mill to form a complete grinding and classifying system.Programmable control system, real-time operation status display and convenient operation.Running under negative pressure. Dust emission is less than 40mg/cbm. Noise is lower than 75dB (A) after the silencer of fan.
