we have very advance new turbo air classifier that can be used for very fine barite powder production, that can be used for oilfield, paint, chemical and others, and we also have very mature barite coating technology to meet your different production and application requirements. the production scope is between d98<2 micorn and d98<150 micron.

normally we recommend to use a ball mill for grinding, after the ball mill we will install an air classifier to classify the powder from ball mill, after classification, we can get d98<2 micron or d98<10 micro and other production.

the air classifier is flexible for adjusting, the coarse powder from air classifier can be send back to ball mill for re-grinding while at the same time feed in the similar output production quantity to guarantee the stable production of the whole plant.
