High Efficient & Energy-saving Magnetic Separator from Henan Zhengya

Introduction of magnetic separator:

The machine consists of two parts: the host (mechanical) and electrical (control cabinet). When the sorting mineral are added into the hopper, according to the nature of minerals, granularity and sorting requirements, adjust the clearance between disk tooth tip and belt in the desired range (typically about 1mm), adjust the DC current of control cabinet to the appropriate size (usually 4 to 6 A), the mineral fall into the permanent magnet feeding roller, remove the inside of the strong magnetic minerals,then through he lower plate scattered evenly to the conveyor belt (mineral thickness of 0.2 mm ~ 0.8mm), when the machine running, the belt will transport the minerals to the disk below, paramagnetic minerals are quickly sucked in magnetic cusps,when the disk turn to weak sectors, theywill auto fall to concentrate bucket in their own gravity and centrifugal force; while the antimagnetic minerals will be sent along the conveyor belt to tailings bucket and discharged.

Product application scope of magnetic separator:

This equipment is mainly used for sorting the weak magnetic minerals. Such asiron, chromium, tin, tungsten, titanium, manganese, rare earth, garnet,the article 

magnetized number > 40 x 10 - 6 of the weak magnetic mineral dry separation.
