The corrosion-proof and abrasion-resistant spraying polyurea (SPUA) lining material is a third generation spraying polyurea elastomer, which is molded by field spraying of the raw material of quasi-prepolymer, amine terminated polyether (ATPE) and amine chain extenders. This technique combines organically new material, new equipment and new technology together. It is a revolutionary leap in the traditional application technique, and it is a solvent-free, pollution-free green application technology researched and developed to meet the environmental protection requirements, and is one of the most advanced application techniques worldwide.

Advantages of SPUA technique are such as follows:

It is catalyst free, of rapid cure, and can be spraying molded on any curved, sloped or vertical surfaces with no sags occurring. It has a gel time of 5 s , and takes 1 min only before reaching the strength to be walked on;It is insensitive to moisture or humidity, and is not affected by ambient temperature or humidity during the application process;It has 100% solids content, contains no volatile organic compound (VOC), and is environment-friendly;It can be sprayed or poured at a volume ratio of 1:1, and a single application thickness can range from hundreds of micrometers to a few centimeters, thus overcoming the shortcoming of multi applications experienced frequently in the past;It has unique physical and chemical properties as of tensile strength, elongation rate, flexibility, abrasion resistance, age resistance, and corrosion proof;It has a sound thermo stability, can be used in long term under 120 deg C, and can stand short term thermal shock of 150 deg C;It can be added with a variety of pigment or dye as normal coatings do to make products with different colors;The formulation system can be adjusted at will, and the touch feel can range from soft rubber (Shore A30) to hard elastomer (Shore D65);The original shape has a good representation, and is of continuity, seam free and pinhole free, and is good looking as well as practical;A complete set of equipment is available for convenient application and super high efficiency.
