Vibrating feeder:

GZD/ZSW vibrating feeders are the advanced feeding equipments, with the property as below comparing to other feeding machines:

With the addition of electric engine governor, we can conveniently adjust feeding capacity without regulating the eccentric block.

Vibrating Feeder Operating Principle:

Vibrating feeder is composed of vibrating body, spring, spring chassis, vibrating motor, and screen bar, vibration exciter which is formed by two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear wheels. Through the motors driving force carried by the triangle wheel, the upper gears of the driving shaft joggle and propel the driven shaft. At this time, the two shafts rotate in reverse at the same time leading to the vibrating of the machines funnel. Under the funnels vibrating, the materials will continuously move forward and some smaller ones will directly fall down the belt conveyor while passing the screening bar (there are some fixed spaces between those bars). Finally, the materials can be transported to the aiming place.
