The Introduction of  Vibrating Feeder

GZD Series vibrating feeder is composed of : Trough body, Exciter, Spring Supports, Drives etc.

Feed tank vibration source is the vibration exciter, the exciter is composed of  two eccentric shafts

and the gear pair formed by the electric motor through the V-belt driven driving shaft ,then take the initiative

to the shaft by a passive shaft gear meshing rotation  , active and passive counter-rotating shaft at the same

time, so that tank vibration , so that a continuous flow of materials to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.

1.Vibrating feeder : simple structure, stable vibrating, even feeding, good continuous performance, adjustable excitation force, etc. Its flow rate can be conveniently changed and controlled.

4.The pressure caused by the material to the groove should be reduced to the greatest extend. The effective discharge opening should be smaller than the one quarter of the groove width. The flow rate should be controlled within 6-18m/min.5.For feeding materials with a large quantity, a fender with enough height should be installed at the outlet. This fender should not be fixed to the feeder since it will affect the performance of the Machine.
