General Introduction
Plough mixer features high mixing precision and wide application. It is applied to dye, construction material industries. Vessel, blending parts, drive unit, feeding, discharging, and choppers comprise the main body. Jacket and spraying system are optional if required. Diffusion, shearing, functioned by plow and high-speed chopper solve the mixing problem of mass gathering, static, mutually exclusive material. It achieves good mixing effect for mixture even with liquid additive less than 15%. Different discharge systems are optional. 2-6 minutes for one batch is a good choice for you.

Horizontal vesselThe horizontal vessel is made of rolled steel plate; it has to meet the sealing requirement for all the connection, so that it is ensured that the equipment can operate under a micro pressure or micro negative micro pressure.
Main Shaft SealAir purge seal, together with packing seal make sure good sealing effect for the main shaft.
Mixing EffectDouble ribbons gather the material from sides to center and inside ribbon transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix. It has a good result for mixing viscoside or cohesive powders, evenputting liquid and mash material into the powder.
PloughsThe ploughs are installed on the main shaft via the support arm, which is normally welded onto the main shaft directly.
ChoppersChoppers are made of several blades. The chopper shaft adopts several multiple-function sealing structures to effectively prevent powder from entering the bearing. The flying blades can be omitted if it is so required by the user.
Flap ValveFlap valve, flush with the vessel, makes sure no dead angle when mixing.
Heating/Cooling JacketCool or heat the materials using vessel jacket. Water, steam or oil water is optional as medium
Cleaning DoorIt is for checking or maintenance, with safety grid and limit switch to make sure safety operation for workers
Sprayer NozzleMake liquid additives on the top of chopper to make sure good effect for powder and liquid mixing
