VH 100-3000 High Efficiency Mixer Machine
Introduction and Features
The VH 100-3000 High efficiency mixer uses hand-feed and discharge valves closed disc structure, implement dust-free operation. During the mixing, the materias are without compression and strong frition, so materials particles can be maintained intact. The mixing tub is made of sanles steel, making no polluion to the mixing materials. In addition,the machine is also equipped with a timing device. You can control the material mixing time.
The cylinder rotaton of this machine is driven by sector-led slowdown.The mixing is achieved by the asymmetrical movemnt of the two mixing cylinders of different lengths.When the machine is running,to the combination of the materials from decomposition, a lateral force is produced to promote the horizontal exchange of mateials due to potential differences. And when the decomposition of the materias from combinaton,anothr lateral force is produced t promote the horizontal exchange of the materials again, due to the different material plane. About 25% of the materials flow from one cylinder to another during one revolution of the cylinder. At the same time, the rotary of the cylnder also produces radial flow of material. The materials are mixed of high uniform, by the alternative movement of the horizontal and radial decomposition and combination.
