Our company started to produce cylinder since 1969, it is long history . we have full test mahcing such as CMM, SPECTROMETER ,metallographic Analysis instrument , Image Measuring Apparatus and engine power testing machine and so on .
we have 3 work shops for cylinder block :
1. The foundry workshop adopt Smelting Facility of Medium Frequency electric Oven and we use resin sand shell casting ,black sand casting adn centrifugal casting .
2,the pressure-die casting workshop mainly produce aluminum alloy casting , we have more than 10 sets die casting machine from 160-500T and aluminum alloy smelting furnace which has function of automatic feeding and spraying system .
3,metal working shop Adop TOYOTA production system , there are more than 10 prodution lines .
