Japanese top designer Mr.Sasaki joins Huansong

Mr Sasaki, the world famous Japanese motorcylce designer, has officially joined Huangsong Group, Mr. Sasaki graduated from the Tokyo University of Science and Technology major in mechanical engineering and started working with Honda Japan in 1970. His reputable design of the Honda RCB1000 is the winner of the World Vehicle, when he joined, he said, my foremost task at Huansong is to develop more competitive products while improving the existing ones. Sure, I will train relevant suppliers to ensure they can provide efficent assistance.

The workshop covers an area of 16560 square meters and staff of more than 360 employees,including technologists and dozens of senior assemblers,with reliable quality platforms,3 packing production lines.

Huansong Group Engine Workshop   

Huansong engine factory has accomplished system of engine research and development,experiment,manufacture,and marketing system,etc..and owns 2 production lines,16 test rooms,5 laboratories and more than 60 different sets of various first-class equipment,with annual capacity of 800,000 sets of engines.

 

Huansong Group Mechanic Workshop

The MPF mainly manufactures large model ATV assembly.Include 400L/R crankcase comp and bracket;500L/R crankcase comp;700L/R crankcase comp and bracket and front left cover.The monthly production can meet the needs of the engines factory.Technical quality administration can also fulfill the request of the drawings and fit in with the quality of the engine assembly.

Huansong Group Acessories PlantHuansong

Accessories Plant was set up in 1987,covers more than 100 acre,including 15,000 square metres of factory building.At present,it has owned 8well-equipped workshops for the press,welds,the mold desing and manufacture,with the forming capacity of 300,000 sets.

Huansong Group Injection Mould Workshop

Huansong injection Mold Workshop has advanced injection equipment 16 sets and whole set of injection production line,and more than 20 engineers and senior technicians.
