Garden type factory covers a floor space of 5000 Square Meters.Benliu has gained a lot of experience of developing the molds of auto parts, for instance, the different type of rearview mirror molds, inner mirror of the car, and the more cavities mold of the car handle and oil tank cover mold. The air-assisted injection mold, over mold and rubber mold are also in our production within.

Injection capacity:

Currently, there are 12 units of precision plastic-injection machine from 80tons and 800tons and all other relative equipments, we also offer secondary to meet the different client, such as screen print, pad print, electroplate, spraying and final parts assembling and packaging. we employ a workforce of approximately 120 staff members, including over 20 high skilled technical personnel to meet your requirements.

Design capacity:

By using Pro-Engineering, Auto-CAD, and UG, AutoCAD, Cimatron, MasterCAM.We can handle most of the design jobs offered. A team of 15 design engineers who have multiple years experience in tool design and products development. So efficient and fast service is expected here. Short lead time, optimized cost and high quality is the characters of our products.
