Mould

Our  mould is the tooling for the extruders to produce aluminum profiles,such as window profiles,industrial profiles,door profiles and profiles for curtain wall .we are expers in process multi-cavity mould becuase we have advance machines and good design team .we have 11 cnc machine and 8 wire cutting machines and 20 edm machines and one set vacuum heat-treatment oven.so we can guarteen the good quality mould for our customers.we also have two designers who have a lot of working experience in extrusion .both of them have more than 15years working experience in this area. we also have strict quality control system which gruarteen the life of our  mould. we already got the ISO9001:2000 quality certificate.if you are interested in our products, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are sure that we can offer you good quality products and good after-sale service for you.
