 Product Description:

1. XPS foam board mould/foam sheet die is designed for XPS sheet and board, Die adopt special racks structure, mode lips, a lip-hot oil circulating temperature control. Uniform foam products, high strength, good dimensional stability and weathering, moisture-resistant, non-absorbent.

Apply: XPS,EPS, Die width 250-650 mm. Product width 600-1400 mm, thickness of 20-120 mm.

2. Continuous stream surface is available at the die lip . Come with push-pull slightly-spaced adjusting screws reacting to resin pressure and metal movement  to bend the flexible die lip and vary the die gap.

Come with hot oil circulation system to control the temperature of die lip.

3. All surfaces are chromo-plated. Use 12.9 high-strength bolts as fasteners. Come with premium and durable stainless steel cartridge heaters subject to zoning control.

4. Even in foaming, consistent in production, simple in structure and easy to disassemble and clean.
