Mega has successfully developed advanced hot runner with valve gate system for the preforms moulds, the number of cavities are up to 72 cavities for standard neck finishes.

       32 cavity preform mold for the preform with 30/25 neck, It has necking cooling system. The preform tool is designed suitable with Husky's injection molding system. The weight of the preforms is 17g, Cycle time is 24 Sec with general PET screw type of injection molding machine. It could reach 12 Sec with 3 stage post cooling system.
