We take polycrystalline diamond (silicon element as main base) as raw material. The die is produced under high temperature and high pressure, so it can endure temperature up to 1000 °C. It is a preferable alternative to diamond die, has both wear resistance and hardness of natural diamonds, and good out-of-roundness. It is applicable to draw the wires with large and-medium diameter or wire threading dies.
