Carbon Fiber Cloth, the substitute of reinforcement materials for concrete structures, is widely used in the seismic reinforcement fortifications.

Substrates can be concretes, masonry structures, steel structures, wood structures, and many other structures.

HM-1-300 Structural Carbon Fiber Cloth for Construction was woven by Japan TOHO UTS50 12k Carbon Fiber.

1. Product Characteristics

1) Very light self-weight, not increase the structural load.

2) Construction convenient, construction period short, can operate in a narrow and small space, not affect the normal use of the houses when construction.

3) The length is not limited, the overlapping is convenient, easy to cross.

4) Good flexibility, no structure shape constraints, can wrap components with complex shapes, such as beams, columns, air funnels, pipes, walls.

5) Good anti-tear performance, can be bonded closely with the substrates, superior coordination.

2. Application Range

1) This product was packaged by carton.

2) When the width is 100 mm, 200 mm or 300 mm, the area of carbon fiber cloth is 60 m2 per carton;

when the width is 250 mm or 500 mm, the area of carbon fiber cloth is 50 m2 per carton.

3) Other length or width can be customized according to the customer's request.
