The Nail drill Operation Manual

  

A. Installation and wire connection the nail drill :

 1,Connect the 5-pin plug of  the nail drill portable grinding head /hand piece to the OUTPUT socket at the main panel .

2,Connect the nail drill pedal switch to the FOOT S/W socket.

3,Select grinding mould of different sizes according to actual requirements, and fasten it into the front of the portable grinding head of the nail drill .

4,Switch the speed control of the nail drill to the left.

5,Connect with the main source power for the nail drill .

B. Nail drill operation :

1,Press the nail drill funtion switch on the right to HAND for manual control ,the indicator of the nail drill will be on.

2,Turn the nail drill SPEED CONTROL to the right to accelerate the grinding head.

3,When the funtion switch of nail drill is pressed to FOOT,step on the pedal the speed will be acceleerated,and loose the foot,the speed will decrease(foot switch is optional)

4,The turning directions of this nail drill can be swapped: FWD means chockwise direction and REV means counterclosckwise direction.

5,Adjust the speed of the nail drill grinding head within a resonable range.

C.Instructions of this nail drill :

 1,Don’t change the turning directions of this nail drill too frequently,otherwise it will damage the grinding head of nail drill .

2,Turn the nail drill SPEED CONTROL counterclockwise to decelerate the grinding head to the minimum before turning off and switch the main power source to O .

3,After the nail drill operation,put the grinding head on the top of the main panel.

4,While the grinding head of the nail drill is in operation,never pull out the 5-pin plug of the portable grinding head.

5,For long idle time of the nail drill ,pls.disconnect the source power.

6,Any unauthorized disassembling of the nail drill is prohibited. In case of any breakdown for the nail drill ,pls.contact the agent or authorized repair center. We promise swift, high-quality and satisfactory service.
