4:Picture editing is provided: First, discoloration,one picture can be changed into many kinds of pictures in different colors. Second, cutting,any parts of a picture can be discretionarily cut as a new one. Third, words can be added to pictures and the size and location of the words can be adjusted to be a new picture.
