RS3000C/C1 is an intelligent GPS vehicle tracking system/GPS vehicle tracker/avl/vehicle tracking device/avl to support complete vehicle security and fleet management and JPEG monitor. It integrates a GPS receiver, a cellular network modem (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) ,a built-in alarm system and picture processing function.

RS3000C/C1 monitors various vehicle sensors, and provides the customer with a vast variety of real-time activities and information about the vehicle, including vehicle JPEG photo data, fuel consumption,etc. It monitors the vehicle at all times, and alerts the Control Center in case of theft or distress.The unit and its components are hidden and undetectable when installed.

Optional TF card function to support saving photo images, taken by every camera, and driving records as predefined parameter.

Additionally, standard interface and a two way communication modem, based on existing wireless infrastructure, makes RS3000C/C1 possible to deploy the system with rich functionality with kinds of value-added service, like transparent data transmission.
