    Needle bearing with stamped external ring is made of high quality thin sheet by fine stamping process. It has such characteristics as small structure space, large load capacity and etc. and is suitably used for the place where the installing space is limited and case hole cann’t be used as the rolling race. After the bearing has been pressed into the seat hole, it is not necessary to make an axial allocation.

    The structure of needle bearings with stamped external ring is mainly divided into two types: the type with fully filled needles and the type with retainer. For each type structure, it has punched type, closed type, single side sealing ring type and two-side sealing rings type, etc. Compared with the retainer type, the fully filled needle type has a great loading capacity but its maximum r.p.m. should not be high. Compared with the punched type, the closed type has an available seal on the end of shaft.

Special attention:

   In order to avoid a deformation or crack on the stamped external ring to influence the proper operation of needles, it forbids using a hand hammer to knock the thin external ring during the installation. While installing the bearing, you shall use après or special tool.
