This machine is used for drafting multi-layer fibre from the cross lapper to improve the web weight, the web strengthen in. length and breadth direction and the uniformity of the web surface. It also can adjust the fibre arrangement.
There are total 19 rollers in the machine among which is divided into 10 drafting zones, and the draft ratio of each zone can be adjusted.
It adopts with frequency conversion technique to control the draft ratio and drafting gross to guarantee the web uniformity.
