TYJ series of vertical oil-water separators, there are two internal filter: Filter and separation of coalescence filter 1. Initial pressure: <0.02Mpa 2. Dehydration capacity: up to 15% water content 3. The maximum allowable pressure: 0.1Mpa 5. Process TYJ series of vertical oil-water separator     Basic Principle  There are two type of filters inside the separator,one is the coalescence filter while the other is the separation filter. oil separated from the mixed media in 4 steps:  filtration-coalescence-sedimentation-separation.described as followed      Filtration: to filter out the particles in the filter media,it totally benefits from the pore sizes of filtration media and its  filtration struture of high density fiber glass media inside the coalescer unit, resulted with great capacity in receiving of dirts      Coalescence:when hydrocarbon and mixture of water flow across coalescing filters from inside to the specailly designed Coalescence layer, the tiny droplets in dispersed phase will be collected here and form lager droplets on its surface, namely Coalescence,   Sedimentationthe larger droplets will sink down to the bottom of oil water separator under influnce of gravity to achieve the process of separation.   Separation:the minor droplets will flow to separation filter along with media that made of special materials with perfect water-repellent properties on its surface.Media flow out from inside of the filter to keep away from water, only leave the separated oil to get across, minor droplets will form major ones by collection on external surface of separation filter,eventually water and oil be discharged by their respective outlets    Application: Dehydration for gasoline, kerosene and diesel Removal of alkali lye Dehydration in catalysis and cracking in prevention of catalyst toxicosisSeparation of moisture content and amine in LPG Dehydration in other hydrocarbon chemicals Applicative liquids: various hydrocarbons,such as aviation fuel, gasoline, kerosene and diesel, LPG, petroleum tar, naphtha, benzene, toluene, dimethylbenzene, cumol, cyclohexane, Hydraulic fluid and lubricants Technoligical process and engineering Structure of water oil separator
