Product Characteristics

Moisture existed in oil will cause oxidation so as to deteriorate oil, reduce the membrane thickness of lubricating oil and lubricity, resulting oil denaturalization and coalescence to form large molecules, to change viscosity of the oil; form organic acid to corrode the metal surface, and reduce or lose the oil dielectric strength. LYC-J type Turbine Oil Purifier developed by our company has both functions of precision filtration and high efficiency dehydrating. It can effectively remove the particles, emulsified water and free water existing in oil. For the oil with mass moisture (max up to 15%), the separating speed is faster from several times up to scores of times than by traditional method.
