Application objects:

1 matrix resin: PE, PP, PS, PC, AS. ABS, PVC, SBS, polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyamide, polycarbonate, or other thermoplasticity and thermosetting resin, other elastomer etc..

2 Inorganic filler: CaCO3, Mg CO3 , BaSO4 , MgO, Al(OH)3, hydrated magnesium silicate etc..

3 This product is also used in pyrocondensation material, for handling Mg(OH)2, Al(OH)3, can decrease dramatically Mg(OH)2, Al(OH)3 water absorption, enhance the compatibility with resin, also promote products physical mechanical property and surface degree of finish.

 

 

Product property:

1 This product is stable, color light, innoxious, tasteless, it has higher cooperation stability and lubricating property. You just add a little of this product without dilute. It is very easy to use.

2 This product can dramatically enhance inorganic fillers quantity in resin (plastic, rubber, paint and other composited production.). It can dramatically promote productions tensile strength, impact strength, extension at break rate and other physical mechanical property, decrease system viscosity, and improve handling characteristics, decrease energy loss and production cost.

 

Application method:

1 Dry filler in advance in 100-110 to eliminate dissociate water, the time is determined by its water content. (Control water≤0.3%, drying time is about 2 to 5minutes.)

2 Cast dry filler into kneader for disturbing, about 5 to 10 minutes in 100-130 is ok.

Please pay attention to stearic acid and organic alcohol containing carboxyl, hydroxyl group. For these products, the fillers must be added in 3 to 5 minutes after activition of coupling agent to fillers. (General adds in 1 minute before discharge).
