Sodium diacetate is a kind of food preservation. It is efficacious,widely used, not poisonous, It is proved that a lot of mold can be restrained,it is aslo useful for soome bacteria.
Application: It is a safe food preservative to extend the shelf life. It is antibacterial and antimicrobial and can be used in large range and any Ph condition. It is effective in restraining bacteria, yeasts and molds. It is soluble in water, glycerin, and propylene glycol and slightly soluble in ethanol and acetone. It will not decompose and volatile. It should be mixed with food evenly by diluted or sprayed on food surface. It can not be eaten directly and added with acidic material simultaneously. After mixed evenly, the acidic material should be added.
Storage: It should be stored in cool, dry places. It must not be stored with toxic and hazardous substances or chemical products.
