N-2000 Environmental Foaming Agent (White Blowing Agent)

 

Product Introduction

This foaming agent is mainly used in the foaming extrusion and injection technology of PVC, TPR, PP and PS for profile materials, plates and sheets to make all kinds of low-foam plastic products, such as shutters and photo frames etc.

Application

This foaming agent is solid and easily flowing white powder. The residue left after its decomposition is pure white and won’t affect the color of products.

It possesses a good compatibility with PVC, TPR and PS, which will be dispersed evenly in the above molten resins to form a uniform system in processing. Meanwhile, this foaming agent contains cellular regulator to make cellular in the foamed products become fine and even, and this will maintain uniform performance in all parts of the product.

This foaming agent is made of food grade adjutant, its decomposition gases are N2 and CO2 that would not corrode equipments of production and processing and won’t do any harm to the human body. It is an environment-friendly product.

This foaming agent is an endothermic foaming agent, without induction term and the decomposition is completed stepwise. No eruptive decomposition will happen, so cellular in the molt resin will grow evenly and steadily in the processing, won't break or overflow over the product surface to affect the product quality. All these endow the product with excellent traits on uniform bubbles and smooth surface.

Package and Storage

This foaming agent is odorless and non-toxic, with good storage stability and has self-extinguishment. It won't decompose under common temperature but should be stored in a cool and dry place and far from hot steam pipeline, fire source and direct sunlight. Never let it contact directly with acids and alkalis. It is suggested that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the foaming agent is treated and mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, make frequent skin contact or swallow it.

Each 25kg of this foaming agent is packed in international standard corrugated paper carton or fiber drum with a polythene liner inside.

Each batch of this foaming agent weighs 3 Tons. While using the foaming agent of same batch, only a small quantity is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.
