DESCRIPTION
The dual-channel standard IGBT driver 2QD30A17K-I belongs to the Bronze Technologies’ Q-Driver IGBT driver family. As a second source to Infineon’s 2ED300C17-S, it is both pin and function compatible to Infineon’s 2ED300C17-S.
