Machine introduction :

1.the whole lathe bed is cast iron , and gantry is cast aluminum , working table is aluminum T-slot  (height is 20mm).

2.X/Z axis is dustproof , 3-axis (x/y/z) use 85BYG-450A step motor .

3.XY ballscrew is 2510 (diameter 25 , lead is 10), z axis ballscrew is 1605 . origin is TBI from Taiwan .  Y axis cylinder guideway diameter is 25mm, XZ is 20mm .

4.use AC transformer (40v/400w) , drive is M542-05(brand name is Leadshine).

5.the inverter is Sunfar , with 1.5kw water-cooled spindle .

6.machine processing precision is 0.05mm .

7.Design software is ArtCAM or Type3 , and other CAD/CAM software , control system is NCstudio .

8.Feeding height is 110-200mm .

9.Spindle power standard is 1.5kw , rotating  speed  is 24000r/min .
