Application:

It can be applied in advertising industry for the welding of PVC, PE hot-melt plastic membranes, such as spraying cloth, lightbox fabric, coated fabric, mesh cloth, membrance structure, and heat shrinkable tent, waterproof membrance, geomembrance, and inflatable toys in building industry, chemical industry, medical industry, etc.

Operation procedures:

1,First of all, tighten up the spraying cloth, target the overlap seam(2-5cm), and fix the cloth on the ground with glue or tape;

2.Switch on the power, turn the handle to the left, till the spout is aligned with the wheel. Then turn the black button to the right, adjust the speed; after the adjustment, turn the handle to the right till the spout leave the ground and begins to walk;

3.Adjust the temperature, turn on the “fan switch”, then press the “ temper adjust”, according to the thickness and temperature tolerance of the cloth, or u can also put some material in front of the spout, if the material melts immediately but is not burnt, it is the proper temperature;

4.After the temperature and speed is adjusted, put the edge of the right-wheel in a level with the edge of the seam. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, turn the handle to the left till the spout inserts into the seam totally. The machine begins to walk and splicing begins;

5.During the splicing, if the spliced material is burnt; first you should turn uo the speed or you can turn down the temperature(any one of the two methods) in this way it can avoid burning the cloth, but please do not sharply increase the speed, or the machine will run off the way, in that case, it may cause panic; as a result. The welding will fail and damage the material;

6.Before using, please find a proper temperature and speed; if slow, it will damage the cloth; if fast, it will cause poor bonding; so it is important to match the proper temperature and speed;

7.On the completion of splicing, turn the handle to the right, till the spout leave the material totally, and turn off the temperature; but it is not allowed to take off the plug and turn off the power supply; the plug and the master switch can only bedetched until the air heater stops automatically;

8.Don’t use the machine in wet weather; the working place must be dry and flat; pay attention to the fire protection, it is not allowed to operate the machine by the people other than the specified professional person; Dismantlement of the machine without authorization will cause responsibilities by themselves;

9.The warranty period is six months from the purchasing date, heating elements, as wear parts, are not in the warranty scope;

10.When you switch off the heater, the cooling fan will continue working for one more minute automatically for cooling before it stops automatically, please do not restart the heater or even detach the plug and switch off the general supply out of your mistaken judgment that the power hasn’t been cut off.
