2.Performance characteristics
Fluorescence indicator adsorption, absorption, and the imported indicator column, automatic uv lamp protection.
3.Standard description
BF72 Fluorescence Colour Layer Instrument has a (fluorescent chromatography) capillary adsorption column. It is suitable for measuring the composition of hydrocarbons in light diesel, kerosene, distilled gasoline and petroleum (not suitable for gasoline and diesel with ingredients of coker gasoline and coker diesel).
4.Structural features
This tester is comprised of an adsorption column, hydrocarbon tester, ultraviolet light source, ruler, motored vibrator and gas circuit system.
a. Adsorption column: made of glass tubes with precision internal diameter, parts of the adsorption are connected by long tapers.
b. Hydrocarbon tester: as shown in the figure above
c. Ultraviolet light source: installed parallel to the adsorption column.
d. Ruler: fixed near the column rack, the scope of hydrocarbon is indicated by six moveable clamps. Length is measured by the ruler.
e. Motored vibrator: used to vibrate two columns, the amplitude is greater than 1.5mm, frequency: 100+2Hz
f. Gas circuit system components: comprised of YT-1 release valve and outlet pressure gauge.
g. Stainless capillary: connected with the water pipe with a rubber pipe, used to clean the adsorption column.
5.Attentions
(1). Ensure proper earthing of the tester before use and guarantee the safety of operators.
(2). If the tester malfunctions, please contact with our company as soon as possible. Never disassemble it without approval.
(3). The warranty period of this tester is one year.
