Our factory can produce cylinder liners to which various chemical compositions added, and we have succeeded in making special formulas according to customers' requirements from different countries. For all cylinder liner blanks, we make heat treatment in order to make their mechanical performance more stable and service life longer.
Our finish machining completely use advanced numerically controlled equipments, which makes sizes of products accurate and appearances of products perfect. For dry cylinder liner, external diameter is within 180mm and the length is within 300mm; for wet cylinder liner, internal diameter is within 200mm and the length is within 500mm, both can be well produced.
Our factory has cooperated with many OEM factories, such as, "FAW" (First Auto Work), Weichai Power and some other small diesel factories in China. What's more, our cylinder liners have been exported to more than 10 countries and areas and share a very good reputation in the international market.
