1)SF-2 triple-layer composite material has a copper-plated steel

base and a sintered tin bronze interlayer, with the POM top layer

solidly joined to the sintered bronze.

This surface layer is provided with many oil indentations, which

are filled with lubricating grease before assembly.

 

2)Being a kind of boundary lubricating bearing, these products are

particularly fit for low speed and high load conditions. Therefore,

they are widely applied in civil equipments, steel strip cold

rolling machines, coal mining equipment, automobile
