   How it works :driving brake, by the foot brake to the compressed air through the interface into the top chamber, through the film, piston, putting acting on the brake arm on the wheel braking torque generated. Parking brake when the cavity after the adoption of springs, piston, piston rod film of former chamber, piston, putting acting on the brake arm on the wheel barking torque generated. Screw can be screwed out of relaxation and partly mechanical parking brake to relax, for the case in the absence of compressed air, manually lift the brake.

   Installation adjustments: spring brake chamber connected to the bracket by two screws on the foot fork and adjust the arm to connect. Before putting the connection through the fork and nut adjustment arm to adjust the initial position, by relaxing the rear screw to adjust the piston stroke and spring preload.

    Note: after the cavity has a strong spring preload. Non-professional staff, no special equipment and special tools ,shall not be demolished,. Should check the products before installation, the product should not be a result of throwing ,hitting, smashing and so leading to the deformation, damage and so on .Should check the gas line prior to installation of the block ,leakage ,bad and clean, but also examine and adjust the arm and the brake shoe bracket bolts to be fastened, piston ,adjust the putting stroke.

    “Three Guarantees” scope: normal use circumstance. Guarantee 2 thousand kilometers. Product out of the company within a year. Part the surface cracks, errors and omissions loaded, screw loosening off, leakage, no stroke ,thrust, or stroke, thrust is not enough.

    Is not a “three guarantees” scope: extended use. Self-demolition, to add their own processing, improper use, of non-quality issues.

    Common non-quality problems: rust (preservation, improper use). Collision depression, deformation, cylinder block, cylinder head fatigue failure, ring aging, leading to leakage, compressed air dirty, there blocked.
