1. The UCFL Series are for the diamond flanged bearing units. 

2. The flanged bearing unit is the combination of one insert bearing (also called Y-bearing, which is a single row deep groove ball bearing with convex sphered outside), and a diamond flanged housing(which has a correspondingly sphered but concave bore).

3. The flanged bearing units are available in various design and different sizes.

4. The main material for the housing is grey cast iron.

5. There are main three ways which the bearing units are secured on the shaft via the bearing inner ring by: (1). grub screws; (2). eccentric locking collar with grub screw; (3). adapter sleeve.
